One of the most exciting parts of being a member of Blue Apron is that we all cook the same recipes each week. Why not share in this amazing experience and make a point to cook together across the country? This is why we started #BAlive! Here’s the idea: each month, we’re saving one recipe and tuning in to the Blue Apron Facebook Wall between 6:30-7:30 EST on the designated Wednesday night so we can cook along with our fellow chefs and share how we prepare the recipes at home. We’ll start the discussion with a post and then you can introduce yourselves to your fellow chefs. As we go, we’ll share our tips and tricks for the recipe and respond to questions and comments LIVE throughout that hour.
After we cook together, we’ll take all of the great photos and experiences that you’ve shared with each other and turn them into a recipe recap for everyone to read if they are preparing the recipe later in the week! We hear that as you cook with us you develop new techniques to speed up the prep, reduce waste, and tweak the recipes to your taste. It’s time to share what you’ve learned with your fellow chefs who are cooking the same recipes around the country.
