Beyond Dinner: Homemade Guacamole and Chips

With the big game approaching, all our thoughts turn to Tex-Mex cuisine, especially dips, and especially guacamole.

Did you know that it’s easy to make your own guac at home? It’s much more healthful than something like a BBQ Chicken or Seven-Layer Dip, and you can customize the dip to your tastes (more spice! less onion! less cilantro!). Then, simply cut corn tortillas into triangles, toss them with oil, and bake ’til crisp. The awesome bonus here is a way to arrange the chips and guac for serving that’ll blow your friends’ minds.
