Lemongrass is a grass with a delicious core that we use in our Lemongrass Shrimp with Soba, our Mini Pork Meatballs, and this week’s Chicken Potstickers. In order to use lemongrass to flavor pretty much any Southeast Asian dishes you’d like to make, you’ll need to do a little bit of prepwork.
