We know Thanksgiving looks a little different this year—that’s why we’re offering our first-ever holiday feast to help you celebrate stress-free. With a mix of meal options featuring main courses, side dishes, and desserts, Blue Apron’s Thanksgiving offering features a fun and delicious twist on classic family favorites.
No matter what kind of holiday you’re planning, our chefs have you covered. Our Thanksgiving dishes are available two different ways:
A full turkey dinner
A Thanksgiving menu will replace our Meal Prep menu, offering a Southern-inspired turkey, complete with 5 sides and dessert—part of our partnership with award-winning Chef Edouardo Jordan. Our Thanksgiving dishes are built to serve a gathering of up to 8 people (or for you to have leftovers).
Available for most customers to order 10/23 and all customers 11/2. Order by 11/16 for delivery the week of 11/23.

Fill out your Thanksgiving meal with your choice of Premium pork roast, up to five sides, and dessert from our Signature menus. Each option serves up to 8 people, no matter which Signature menu it’s displayed on. Mix and match these side dishes to fit within your menu and accommodate everyone.

Why Blue Apron?
This menu is designed to help you create a delicious meal with ease. A turkey breast is the perfect main for small gatherings. Part of the challenge of a whole turkey is that light and dark meat are done at different temperatures. Working with a turkey breast means you can focus on white meat. Plus, carving will be a cinch. Hearty sides like the glazed carrots and collard greens can be prepared ahead of time. Their flavor will be even better the next day, and you’ll have more time to relax.
