“For as long as I can remember, I’ve always enjoyed fresh mozzarella — the warm and milky kind. I remember eating all the slices off a fully prepared caprese salad at Nonno’s house in 1990, leaving behind the tomato and basil for the adults. A few years later I realized that mozzarella with tomato and basil actually tasted amazing, and that other foods might taste great too. Turns out they do!”

That spark of curiosity became a lifelong journey. Since 2008, Frankie has been creating food videos that bring flavor and fun to kitchens everywhere. His path has taken him from New York City restaurants to the White House, through every U.S. time zone, across South America, Europe, and Asia. Along the way, he’s cooked with some of the world’s most celebrated chefs—and even with Cookie Monster. Today, with his debut cookbook on the horizon and Let Frankie Cook streaming exclusively on Tastemade+, Frankie continues to inspire home cooks to experiment, laugh, and, above all, enjoy the food on their plate.
